Using Pile Raid means following these Terms.
These Terms form an agreement between you and the person or entity that publishes Pile Raid in the applicable app store (the Operator). The approved legal name, postal address and jurisdiction must be added before public release; source code does not invent them.
The Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and any clear offer terms shown at purchase are part of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use online services.
Players, age bands and adult action.
Pile Raid is designed for players in age groups 9–12, 13–15, 16–17 and 18+. Players under 9 are not eligible to create or use a Pile Raid account. You must select the truthful age band shown by the app and meet any higher minimum age for an online account that applies in your country.
- If local law requires parent or guardian permission, that permission must be completed before account creation or another restricted activity.
- Child or unknown-age users receive the protected branch: no personalised advertising and adult action or parental controls before purchases, social communication or other higher-risk features where required.
- A parent or guardian accepting on behalf of a younger player is responsible for supervising the account and reviewing virtual-item and social controls.
Do not misstate age to bypass a protection. See the Parents & Younger Players Guide.
Keep one honest, secure identity.
- Provide accurate registration details and a permitted username.
- Keep credentials and verification links private. You are responsible for activity you authorise.
- Do not sell, transfer, share or automate accounts.
- Do not impersonate another person, staff member or organisation.
- Tell Support promptly if you believe an account is compromised.
Guest and provider accounts may have different recovery options. Email accounts must verify their email before protected online profile features are enabled. Pile Raid may refuse duplicate, unsafe or reserved usernames.
Win by reading the table—not the system.
The canonical card rules are shown in the app. Server-authoritative results control online ratings, achievements and eligible rewards. You may not:
- modify a client, exploit a bug, inspect hidden deck/hand data, automate play or manipulate network traffic;
- collude, multi-account, intentionally feed rating, arrange outcomes or farm repeated opponents;
- abuse disconnect, forfeit, matchmaking, invitations or reporting systems;
- sell accounts, virtual items, match outcomes or access; or
- use Pile Raid for betting, wagering, cash-out or anything represented as gambling.
Respect the people behind the avatars.
Usernames, invitations, emotes and other social features must follow the Community Guidelines. Harassment, sexual content, hate, threats, grooming, doxxing, scams and unsafe contact with younger players are prohibited.
Pile Raid may moderate, hide, reset or restrict content and accounts to protect players or enforce these Terms. Reports are reviewed in context; knowingly false or retaliatory reports may themselves be actioned.
Coins, Diamonds and cosmetics are game access—not cash.
- Coins are an earned soft currency used for eligible cosmetics.
- Diamonds, paid products, subscriptions and passes remain unavailable until a real store provider, server verification, restore and refund lifecycle are active.
- Virtual items are licensed for personal use inside Pile Raid, have no cash value, cannot be traded, transferred or redeemed, and do not constitute stored money.
- Real-money price and billing terms come from Apple or Google at checkout; provider terms and refund rules also apply.
- Never buy from an unofficial seller. Pile Raid does not ask for payment by chat, room invite or direct transfer.
Material changes to paid value, recurring terms or entitlements require a clear offer and any legally required notice. Child purchases require the relevant adult or platform control.
Online services can change or pause.
Pile Raid may update rules, formats, seasons, safety systems and supported devices; temporarily pause matchmaking for maintenance; or retire a feature when needed for security, fairness, law or reliable operation. We aim to give reasonable notice for material changes where practical.
Network, device, Firebase, Apple, Google and store-provider services are partly outside the Operator’s control. No promise of uninterrupted or error-free service is made. A local or pre-release feature shown as locked is not an entitlement.
You can leave; serious abuse can also end access.
You may request account deletion in the app at Settings → Privacy & Safety → Delete account or through the public deletion page. Deletion is irreversible after Firebase Authentication is removed. Limited pseudonymised financial-integrity, security/abuse, temporary deletion-security and response-recovery, and de-identified match-integrity records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Pile Raid may warn, mute, block features, reset unsafe content, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for safety, cheating, fraud, repeated violations, legal requirements or service protection. Where appropriate and safe, the reason and review path should be provided.
Rights that law gives you still apply.
Pile Raid is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
The final warranty, liability cap, dispute process, governing law and venue depend on the approved Operator identity and jurisdiction. Those terms must be reviewed and published before release rather than guessed in source code.
Versioned terms, visible changes.
Material changes should receive a new version and effective date, with an in-app notice where appropriate. If affirmative acceptance or parental permission is required, continued use alone will not replace it.
Operator legal identity, public contact, governing law and legal approval reference remain explicit release metadata—not hidden assumptions.
