Send a ticket to the Pile Raid support queue.

This is the same server-authoritative intake used by the mobile app. It creates a reference code you can keep, validates every field on the server and never asks for your password or verification code.

Verify the link, then refresh the app.

1. Open the newest Pile Raid verification email.
2. Confirm the sender and never forward the link.
3. Tap the verification link once. It may open the Pile Raid verification page.
4. Return to the app and tap I’ve verified or refresh your account.

If no email arrives, check spam, confirm the address, wait for the resend timer and request one new message. Older links may expire after a resend.

Recover without exposing whether an address exists.

• Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen for email/password accounts.
• The reset response is intentionally neutral; it does not confirm whether an email is registered.
• For Google or Apple, use the same provider previously linked to the account.
• If a provider reports a credential collision, do not create repeated accounts; contact Support for an approved recovery path.

Deletion is reachable without reinstalling.

Inside the app, open Settings → Privacy & Safety → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, use the public account deletion page. Sensitive deletion requests require a recent authenticated session; Support will never ask for your password.

Block first when contact feels unsafe.

Use the player menu to block and report an account. For child-safety concerns, threats, scams, harassment or a technical failure in reporting, use the approved support channel and select the closest safety category.

Rules, reconnect and fair results.

• The app’s How to Play screen is the canonical player-facing guide.
• A Jack captures any non-empty pile, but a Jack over one non-J card is not a Pishpirik.
• Jack on Jack as the only table card is a Double Pishpirik worth 22 points.
• If a match disconnects, keep the app open and use reconnect before the grace period expires.
• Do not share a screenshot containing a private room code or an active private hand.

Family privacy and account requests.

Parents and guardians can review age-band treatment, social boundaries, purchases and child privacy in the Parents & Younger Players Guide. A request concerning a child may require enough information to verify authority without collecting unnecessary documents.
