Rivalry without hostility

Play hard.
Keep it human.

Pile Raid should feel competitive, expressive and safe. These rules apply to usernames, invitations, emotes, reports, matches and any future social surface.

Conduct codeVersion 2026-08-31.1Pre-release; effective only after publication and owner/legal approval. Applies to every player and format.

01 / THE STANDARD

Compete with the cards, not with abuse.

Celebrate, challenge and build rivalries without humiliating or endangering another player. Context matters, but “it was a joke” does not excuse targeted harm.

AllowedFriendly rivalry and game-focused expression
Not allowedHarassment, hate, threats or sexual conduct
AllowedStrategic play and honest rematches
Not allowedCheating, collusion, boosting or exploitation
02 / SAFETY

Zero tolerance for predatory or dangerous conduct.

Do not use Pile Raid to:

  • threaten violence, glorify self-harm, stalk, extort or reveal private information;
  • sexualise, groom, solicit or arrange private contact with a child;
  • send sexual content, hate speech, slurs or dehumanising attacks;
  • promote terrorism, violent extremism, trafficking, illegal goods or scams;
  • pressure another player to move to an unsafe external conversation; or
  • retaliate against someone for blocking or reporting.
Immediate danger is not a support ticket.Contact local emergency services or a trusted adult first. Then preserve relevant non-sensitive evidence and report the account through Pile Raid.
03 / IDENTITY & CONTENT

Usernames and expression must be safe.

  • No real-person impersonation, staff impersonation, deceptive affiliation or account sale.
  • No username that exposes a child’s school, address, contact details or full real name.
  • No hateful, sexual, threatening, drug-promoting, scam or evasion-coded username.
  • No repeated invitations, spam, phishing links or attempts to collect credentials.
  • Do not use spelling tricks, symbols or another language to bypass moderation.

Pile Raid may reset a username, restrict social features or preserve a safety record when reasonably necessary. Cosmetic ownership does not create a right to display harmful content.

04 / FAIR PLAY

One table, one honest outcome.

  • Do not use modified clients, bots, scripts, packet manipulation, hidden-state inspection or exploits.
  • Do not coordinate outcomes, feed rating, multi-account, boost, deliberately lose, share private hands or collude in free-for-all matches.
  • Do not abuse disconnect, forfeit, turn timers, matchmaking, private codes or reward limits.
  • Report a serious exploit privately; do not publish steps that expose players or damage live matches.

Private play can be casual, but it cannot be used to generate rewards, ratings or achievements outside the eligibility rules.

05 / REPORT & BLOCK

Use the right control for the situation.

  1. Block
    Stop invitations and relevant social discovery from that player.
  2. Report player
    Choose the closest reason and add only the context needed for review.
  3. Report a technical or safety problem
    Use Settings → Report a problem or the approved support route.
  4. Protect your account
    Never include a password, verification link, private hand or payment credential in a report.

False, duplicate or retaliatory reporting may be restricted. A report does not guarantee a specific sanction or disclose another person’s private review outcome.

06 / ENFORCEMENT

Actions should be proportionate, documented and reviewable.

Depending on severity, history, context and risk, action may include a warning, content reset, mute, matchmaking/social restriction, reward or rating correction, temporary suspension, permanent termination, evidence preservation or referral required by law.

Severe child-safety threats, credible violence, large-scale fraud or deliberate security abuse may receive immediate restrictions without advance notice. Where appropriate and safe, Support should provide the account owner with a reason category and a review path.

Reporting and blocking must be verified in the app and backend before release; this document does not turn an unwired button into a working safety control.
